Do you hear that constant chatter in your mind? Many think that meditation means blocking out the thoughts we have. However, meditation is really the practice of observing these thoughts. Christine will teach you how to arrive in the present moment and make space for the helpful thoughts that will allow you to live a better life. You'll be able to use these techniques throughout your day whenever you notice the unhelpful chatter. Join us for an eye opening talk and guided meditations. Register now, space is limited. Discover the power of silence! Take your practice to the next level. This class follows the same format as a regular 90-minute class at Tula but is practiced without dialogue or music for a deeper, more meditative experience. The instructor will practice with the class and will speak only to change postures. This is your chance to tap into your inner peace, find your center, and trust. Basic knowledge of the Tula Hot Yoga series is a requirement. For the full experience, please make sure you have attended a minimum of 10 traditional 90-minute hot classes prior to taking this class. The Silent Hot 90 class will be held at 5pm on the second Friday of every month.

Join Nancy on Sunday, March 24, at 11am for a donation-based Hot 60 Music class benefitting Denver Health Foundation. When Nancy is off her mat, she works in fundraising to support Denver Health. For more than 160 years, Denver Health has been at the center of health innovation, changing with the city as its challenges become more complex and its solutions more interrelated. Denver Health goes far beyond being a proud provider of emergency services for all and care for those with limited resources—it’s also a key community player in preventive care, children’s early care and learning, the opioid crisis and addressing the social determinants of health. Only Venmo and Cash accepted. All donations will go to Denver Health Foundation.

Join Justina on Saturday, February 10, at 6:00 pm for a donation-based Hot 60 Music class benefitting 2LIV4 , a 501(c)3 organization helping people with disabilities. Justina’s brother Greg was in a tragic car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was 13 years old. Life changed suddenly and drastically for Greg as he could no longer engage in all the outdoor activities he once loved without assistance. Despite limited accessibility and funds, Greg and his family were determined to ensure he could still do what he loved. Today, Greg applies that same determination and passion to helping people with disabilities find their 2LIV4. 2LIV4 is dedicated to raising funds to provide adaptive equipment and scholarships for people with disabilities to experience outdoor excursions and life-changing adventure trips. In 2023, 2LIV4 funded five scholarships to the Hartford Ski Spectacular in Breckenridge, a winter sports festival dedicated to people with disabilities, and donated three all-terrain wheelchairs to two state parks and a family in need. Help Justina raise $1000: Come practice yoga and donate to this incredible organization! Only PayPal, Venmo and Cash accepted. All donations will go to 2LIV4 .
