Hot Music 90 Donation Class
Join Tisha on October 4, 2025 at 4 PM for a fundraiser dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness, Education, and Support. Every cent raised will be donated to Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on education, awareness, and survivor support programs for young individuals. Established in 1996, B4BC organizes grassroots events throughout the year, conducts educational outreach, and offers wellness retreats for survivors, all aimed at advocating for early detection and a healthy, active lifestyle as key strategies for preventing breast cancer. Please note that only cash and Venmo will be accepted.
After class, we’ll toast our community spirit with a complimentary, Rallypop, a refreshing post hot yoga treat!

Esta clase actúa como una meditación en movimiento y fomenta una comunidad de apoyo y bienestar. Ideal para quienes quieren comenzar, reconectar o explorar algo nuevo. Por favor, ven bien hidratado y trae una toalla, tapete de yoga, botella de agua y ropa cómoda. Ofrecemos toallas y tapetes en renta si los necesitas. Las puertas abrirán a las 3:30 pm y cerrarán puntualmente a las 4 pm. Te recomendamos llegar con tiempo para que puedas acomodarte bien y empezar tranquilo.

Discover the power of silence! Take your practice to the next level. This class follows the same format as a regular 90-minute class at Tula but is practiced without dialogue or music for a deeper, more meditative experience. The instructor will practice with the class and will speak only to change postures. This is your chance to tap into your inner peace, find your center, and trust. Basic knowledge of the Tula Hot Yoga series is a requirement. For the full experience, please make sure you have attended a minimum of 10 traditional 90-minute hot classes at Tula Hot Yoga Denver prior to taking this class.
