Both classes, whether 60 or 90 minutes, serve as a moving meditation, fostering a supportive community. The 90-minute class offers a more beginner-friendly pace, while the 60-minute class includes flow and shorter savasanas.

Hot 60/Hot 90

Ease into the day with our Hot 60 class in a slightly gentler format. Practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees, the instructor guides from the mat, creating a supportive atmosphere with less detailed verbal instruction. Gentle background music complements the flow, making it an invigorating start to your day.

Early Hot 60

Hot Music 60/90

Experience the same Hot 60 and Hot 90 classes without detailed verbal cues. The instructor practices on their mat, guiding the class with music in the background. A beautiful moving meditation for regular practitioners, but for safety reasons please attend 5 verbally instructed classes before joining. Not suitable as the first class for brand new students.
